Payal earned doctorate in physical Therapy from Evidence in Motion and Master in exercise science from East Stroudsburg University. With this knowledge and experience of 10+ years treating various orthopedic, neurological, pre and post surgical clients of wide range of years prepared her to open her own practice. Her mastery in various manual therapies helped multiple of her clients to be pain free and enjoy independence in their own home.
She is trained to perform oncology rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, and vestibular rehabilitation. She has worked very closely with clients recovering while in nursing home and assisted them with different medical equipment to increase safety and compensate for residual effects of medical problems. She loves spending time with her family and friends.
Payal started Physical Therapy home health with the intention of creating a practice that would combine the best of traditional physical therapy with the principles and techniques of osteopathic manual therapy at patients home on there comfort environment.
Payal’s practice follows the philosophy that therapy is most successful when people are treated as whole human beings, not as individual parts, and her work is focused on finding and treating the root causes.
